Domino's Pizza

There’s been more than a few times that I’ve dealt with this issue, but never said anything. This store has poor customer service in the evening times. I came to pick up my order and went in the drive thru. The kid came to the window, and didn’t speak. I told him who I was, and he handed me my food. I said “Thank you, have a good night,” as I always do, and this kids just stares at me and closes the window. I’m not sure if this is how the younger generations are, and we just deal with it or what…but if I’m being respectful, friendly, and speaking to you (as a customer) I expect you (the customer service representative) to be the same.

This location is a bunch of thieves! If you order extra anything, don't expect to get it. They skimp on everything. If you order extra on your pizza, they give you half of the normal amount. If your order extra sauce, they put light sauce instead! Every single order gets messed up! And I mean every single order! This time we have one raw pizza, one on the wrong crust, and one with minimal toppings and light sauce instead of extra sauce! 3 out of 4 pizzas were messed up. They don't label anything either! So there's no knowing what's what on ones that are similar! And their solution if you file a complaint? Here, let me give you a free medium pizza for next time.... but oh.... we won't actually do anything to fix the issue. If we had any other places that delivered here, I would never go back to this store. Unfortunately, we're stuck with a store that steals people's money and screws them over. Don't expect management to do much about it. Apparently they see the complaint come across the screen at the store and sit back and laugh about it and then ignore it. This location is literally the worst "restaurant" I've ever dealt with! It's ridiculous! I don't even know how this location is still running with the horrible service they provide. Just this year my family has spent a good $1,000 or more at Domino's. You'd think they'd want to take care of the customers that help keep this store open. Apparently that's not the case. Every single person at this location needs to be fired.... except for one.... ROY! He is the best delivery driver period, end of story! He needs a raise and a week long paid vacation! Roy is the best! I really do hope the District Manager or someone higher up sees this and will actually contact me to fix this!
