Walked in with my two children. We were sat at a table and then waited over 25mins with no service. Servers were standing around. A table that came in after us was helped and then another one that came in 20mins after us. I know they knew we were there as my kids kept asking out loud why no one was helping us. I'm not sure why no one came. If it was because we are Hispanic or they didn't want a table with children. We ended up walking out. And as we did I made a comment to the staff that we were never helped and still no one acknowledged us. Most definitely will never be back.

As soon as we walked in the restaurant I should have just turned around but I was hungry. That was a big mistake. Waitress did a crappy job. Never came back to table, took my order wrong. I asked for a chicken Sandwich but she gave me a dam hamburger. Another waiter took it back and put my order in. Finally got my food about 10-15 minutes later and it was the worst ever. The waitress never came back until she brought the bill which we had to pay for. Service was horrible that she got a .02 cent tip. I could keep going on everything that horrible but I wont.

I went to this establishment after an event at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum with my family We were "greeted" by one of the servers but he didn't seem happy that there were more customers there, basically looked at us like we were a nuisance (which was a theme for our entire time in the restaurant). After being seated, we had to wait upwards of 10 minutes to even get a drink order placed as it appeared that this was the only server on the floor despite numerous people walking around in uniform. It took another 10 minutes at least to actually get those drinks to the table and get our order placed, and my drink was incorrect because I was told this server "had somebody else make it." (For reference, I had ordered a mango iced tea and was given a mango lemonade. Not necessarily the world's worst mistake, but it definitely added to the bad experience with the attitude I received from the server when I mentioned it.) My family and I placed our orders (a burger, turkey sandwich, steak tips, and a chicken sandwich) and it took 40 MINUTES for us to actually get our orders to the table. (Before anyone claims I'm being dramatic, I actually timed it because we were in this town for an event and had to still drive back home that night, and it took considerably longer than expected because of this experience.) Finally, after the food reached our table, we didn't see our server again until the bill came around, meanwhile the family member who ordered the steak tips stated that they weren't cooked right, to the point that my family member said they "wouldn't feed this bad stuff to my dog", but again nobody was there to try and fix this issue. Also, the entire bill was 70 DOLLARS, for basically 3 sandwiches and steak tips that would've been better if they had just opened up a can of Alpo and served that. It is absolutely ridiculous on so many levels. This was definitely an experience I'll never forget, and one place I'll definitely make sure to avoid unless there's absolutely no other choice; I mean, Taco Bell was an option, and my family decided that this place would be better, but clearly that was a mistake to think that way.Parking: Small drive, hard to get into and out of.

Went for dinner. Staff was courteous. Not super busy so service was quick and good. Food was excellent. Would recommend and will definitely visit again. Previous experience at a different location in Fort Wayne made us hesitant, we we were surpised at how different this location was.

The food was decent. We had a family emergency and we were all from out of town. We had a decent wait before we could even get a table. It was about 11:00pm and there were 9 people in total. At first the server we had seemed pretty nice and took care of us. However, after a while more people came in and our service changed. We asked for refills and were brought to-go cups instead which we kinda took that as a hint to "get the hell out of here". The food it self was okay but some things were slightly messed up. Overall it wasn't bad. Could have been better and could have been worse.

Waited over an hour for food after ordering through the app. Why? The food was ready well before then. They said I had to call in when I arrived. The app made no mention of that at all. When ordering at other IHOPs, i did not have to do that. All i had to do at other ones, was to tell the app i had arrived. Guess this place is different. Whats worse is the staff saw me parked there the whole time and I know they were wondering why, since it looked they were talking about me. What a mess... and of course... cold food.

The food we had was amazing. The waiter we had was also amazing. I wish I was able to give them more of a tip for how helpful and nice they were. I have never had a bad time at this location. Definitely will recommend if anyone is looking for any kind of food at any time of day or night.
