I recently picked up a catering order that included trays of beef, au jus, Chicago dogs, beef sandwiches, bread, chop salad, and all the fixings. The order was 100% accurate. Of course, all of the food was a big hit for my party. I am quite familiar with the deliciousness of the sandwiches. The big surprise was the chop salad. Everyone loved it.
