Always great service until today 6/16/23. Cashier Maureen was extremely hateful, rude and snippy. You can just tell when someone hates their job and could care less to help you. Everyone else was smiling during a busy morning.
This location is the one I visit most in Fort Wayne. They have never made a mistake on my order and the employees are very nice. The drive thru moved very fast considering how long it was. It is also a nice place to sit and have a conversation or study. It is very clean inside. Fantastic Starbucks location and I will keep coming to this one!

Love that they have cocoa milk as a substitute for milk always tastes good, the only thing I get upset about is when they don't have cinnamon dolce to put in my frappe they seem to run out of it alot , oh well I guess a lot of people just love the taste like I do ...Dietary restrictions: The have alternatives to milk
