“This was my first time here. The service was friendly and attentive; they explained all of the options they offer very well. The drinks we chose-- a pixie dust flavored tea (in the photo) and a Nutella flavored protein coffee-- were both delicious. We'll be going back!Vegetarian options: I think most of what they offer is vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options available.Parking: Several spotsKid-friendliness: Plenty of options available for kids in flavors they like. You can opt for no caffeine.“

“1823 Bakehouse made our wedding cake! They were so lovely to work with and the cake was delicious! It was so fun to have the opportunity, as a gluten free individual, to still customize our cake and having something I knew would be safe to eat! They delivered the cake day of and it was an overall great experience. Plus, it was always fun to try new treats each time we went in!“

“This is local and how it should be done! From staff recommendations to my empty plate everything was spectacular. I had the Jade Cloud tea with a touch of honey and a glazed croissant. Get up early, meet your people and have an amazing experience in Franklin!“

“The service was friendly. I had a short stack of their whole-grain pancakes with fruit on top, with two eggs, sunny side up. The eggs were excellent. The fruit was fresh and very tasty. The pancakes, were just a bit undercooked. Given a five star but for that. In the cooks defense, they look to be cooked on the outside, but inside in the center it was half cooked batter. I ate it all though!“

“Clean, airy atmosphere, nice and happy employees.I had the best lunch at Panera today (open in Franklin, Indiana), chipotle avocado chicken sammy, broccoli cheddar cup soup, delicious iced green tea, along with the best dessert. ? I wish Panera would bring back the lemon chicken orzo soup, though.I have two suggestions:1. As customers, we need a more open area where we can get our cup lid and straws. That one little cubby is cause for long waiting and a pile of people in the way for others trying to get their cups and drinks. Better layout needed.2. Larger napkins ?Parking: nice handicapped parking, too.“

“Stopped in for the first time today. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I both had the Monte Crispo sandwich and they were yummy! My husband had black coffee and said it was really good. I had the anti-inflammatory juice drink and it was excellent! Highly recommend this cute little cafe!“
