“We came for the eclipse, and are thoroughly pleases with how well everything is arranged. The mead is delicious, the food truck from Abreus is absolutely dynamite. Couldn't be happier than to sit out among apple trees, waiting for the sun to be eaten by the snake God.”

“Thought I reviewed this one, before. I've been here many times. I've got nothing but good to say about their very, very cheesy pizzas. And while they technically offer Supreme, meats, taco, Buffalo chicken etc... (just under more fun names) they taste better than you'll usually get, elsewhere. I remember being most impressed by the difference between their Buffalo and others I've had.Of course, the atmosphere being a nostalgic feast for the eyes is a huge reason to come in.If I HAD to pick a negative, I had a salad once and it was... just a salad. Nothing spectacular. Probably because it's, you know, a pizza place. “Love the birria pizza with steak and steak tacos. Only complaint is hard to get through on the phone trying to place an order. I tried several times tonight and gave up, having to order through grubhub and be charged more than what's charged in the restaurant. Expect longer wait times when placing an order, service definitely isn't the fastest.”

“Pulled up to grab a bite and realized it was 5 minutes until they closed, not wanting to be those customers we went to walk back to the car when the owner popped out and told us to come on in. We sat ourselves, and had service immediately. Drinks were brought out right after, placed our food order and within 10-15 minutes it was on our table. Service was absolutely amazing, will 100% be back again!”

“I ordered a strawberry swirl cheesecake to surprise my husband for his birthday. It was so pretty and delicious (and I typically am not as much of a cheesecake fanatic as he is!!!) My son said he’s not typically a fan of strawberry desserts but also really liked this cheesecake!!! Well worth the cost. Thank you!”

“I was here for step sons birthday. Had the fish sandwich (cod) I believe with fries. Garlic bread as a starter. I'd order again. Drinks cold, and the server did a great job. The only question I have is how the jaguarmeiser had slush in it. I've always froze it, but never slushy.”

“My band, Riot Division has played here twice. We love Carl's tavern! Everybody there is always super cool and friendly. Chad Sowers has booked both of our shows and always does a great job with the bands! You could not find a more honest promoter! If you have a chance to go watch some bands there or if your band has a chance to play their, do it! We will definitely be back! Hopefully again and again and again!Parking: You can park down both intersecting streets and there are also parking lots.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps at the front door or throughout Carl's tavern. Anyone in a wheelchair should be okay. I always look at stuff like that because when my back goes out, I'm stuck in a wheelchair for a month or so.”

“I have lived here for over 30 years and 6 Mile has been here the whole time... I tried it many, many years ago and was not overly impressed. We decided to give them a try recently and was really pleasantly supprised with quality and flavors we experienced... we have eaten on site once but, for the most part we take the food to go since we're so close. I totally love their pizza and the wife likes the chicken strips basket. They tend to be a little pricy but, yummy!”

“I am a huge ice cream fan and Whippy Dip did not disappoint. I tried the walking taco and the banana cream pie ice cream. Both choices were delicious and the portions were generous. The food took a little bit longer to make than expected, be we were glad to know that the fries were always fresh. Loved the hometown feel and definitely will be returning.”

“This is the 2nd time we've had a sub-par experience. On a Sat evening at 6:30, we waited almost 10 min to be acknowledged, and we were the only customers in the dining room at the time. We were told they were out of salad. Paid $2.99 for an iced tea and couldn't get a refill because they didn't make more after serving the last glass. At least the pizza was still good. This used to be on of our favorites.”

“We live nearby and like to get take out when we're short on time for a meal. The orange chicken is delicious, but a tad on the spicy side. The combo comes with crab Rangoon, and vegetable rolls. Great portion sizes.”

“I've been going to this rustic old place for almost 15 years, laid back and friendly. It's been a great place to grab a beer,wine or lite bite to eat since 1895. Still has the original bar stand and alot of the original wood. This bar will take you back to the past.?”

“I stopped here to get my kiddo a little ice cream treat to end the week. The service was good, the attendant was friendly, especially to my boy. They had a number of options of ice cream, as well as soft serve and dipped. They also have a solid food menu. We only tried the one ice cream, though.”

“Delicious Burmese food, samosa, tea, beans, naan, dosa. They accept catering orders too. Biryani was oily. Other than that everything was very delicious. Samosa comes with red chatni, which is 100/10. ”
