What can I say about Island emporium other than an absolutely amazing restaurant / bar. Everything on this menu is amazing It's very difficult to find something that's not worth your money. The beer selections range from local IPAs to foreign to your favorite domestics. The main seating area is seat yourself the hosting staff are very responsive so no worries about being forgotten even on their more busy days. Both Herman style sauces were fantastic, best wing sauces I've had. Normal wings were great, boneless "wings" were way better than anywhere else I've tried them.
