Came to wings etc because I genuinely love the place and have been coming regularly even when it was in the old spot. Tonight was a totally different experience. Walked right in and seating extremely fast for a Saturday night which was nice. Then next to nothing happened. 10 minutes go by and finally someone pops by asking if we’ve been helped and we said no. She stated she would get our waitress. Another 10 minutes go by and they seat someone right next to us so we’re like maybe we will get service now. The same waitress comes by and starts taking the order of the couple that just sat down and at that point we decide to get up and leave. She says she can certainly help us but at this point it’s been 25 minutes and no sign of our actual waitress. We elected to leave and she was the only person that bothered to even try to keep us from walking out. Kudos to her and personally Id like to apologize to you for my behavior but 25 minutes and zero service including drinks is just not worth my time there wasn’t a thing she was going to say to keep me from walking out. We saw at least 8 people servicing or bringing out food but mysteriously our server wasn’t one of them. Typically I sit in the bar because Lisa is fantastic but we elected to get a table for the evening. Won’t make that mistake again.
Unfortunately my daughter and baby got food poisoning from the Philly Cheesesteaks sandwich on Saturday. Horrible experience that resulted in a ER visit.
