“I love this place, the food is absolutely top tier, and the servers are great, but more often than not, the employees are far too attentive. It seems to be Amazing Joe's policy that a manager comes and checks on every table, and it has never not felt disruptive and overbearing, especially since the server has already asked how you're doing and how the food is. I 1000% recommend, and this has nothing at all to do with any particular server or manager, but please tone down the managers checking in on you!“

“One of those you pay to get in bars, which was fine but then the bartender wasn’t the nicest and it was so loud I walked outside and couldn’t hear for 20 minutes. Hearing damage imminent. Place was cool for alt people but still felt pretty intimidating. Walked over to brothers and had a much better time.“

“Quiet little place. We ate here two times. Both times there was only one other guest; however, they had just opened. The first night I tried massaman, which was the closest thing to yellow curry that I saw on the menu. . . well the yellow curry I'm used to. I ordered it with a spice level of 5. It was very flavorful but I asked for additional ground chilies. I also tried the cheese Rangoons and egg rolls. Both were very crispy and small, just the way I liked it. They gave use sweet and sour sauce, peanut sauce, and another dipping sauce for the egg rolls. Not sure what it was. Kinda tasted like a pot sticker sauce. The next day I had Pad Thai. It was good. My friend had the red curry soup both days and had one to go. She also ordered chicken wings and paper wrapped shrimp (not to sure of the name). The owner was very nice to us.“

“The drinks are hit or miss honestly. When it isn't good it's usually because they used way too much syrup or schnapps. Love the atmosphere though. We were a bit disappointed too when we had our first girls night in years, went to Cheers for karaoke and they didn't have it, they had a band instead. Can't really complain about live music but we were really I'm the mood to karaoke so we went down the street to B Champs“

“Pretty laid back day time bar with friendly staff and patrons. Has some outdoor seating on the patio as well. Plenty of TVs, Bowling machine, golf machine, and pool tables. Beer prices are awesome. $1.75 Mon, Wed, Fri. Large parking lot and the place is usually pretty clean. Nice place to grab a beer and play some games.“

“We Googled "best breakfast in Muncie" and were directed to Sam's. We were not disappointed. The food was good, decent prices and portions. The service was amazing. Our waitress Sandy (yes, I said waitress) was amazing. She was constantly on the move, checking on all her customers, making suggestions, and making sure everyone was taken care of. We will certainly be back whenever we're in Muncie!“

“The food here is always amazing but the place smells so bad like bad dish soap. The employees at the registers are super super slow but so friendly!! The TV plays only soaps, what about the younger generation?? They have stains all over the ceiling and dust everywhere. The floors felt sticky where ever I walked. I would rather eat in my car or outside then sit inside again..... I had ordered two ham and cheese melts, two small fries, two medium drinks, and a side order of green beans.“

“Normally I’d give Roadhouse a 5 but not this time. Our food was brought out by a guy that had hair hanging below his eyes. I told the waitress that it was unsanitary she agreed and said several people had complained about him. Why is he still working“

“Truth be told I have not been to an Applebee's in probably over 5 years. The chain has taken a nosedive in my view. Just look at their review which typically are sub 3. Do not get me wrong, I love their commercials. But not every location is low performing based on my visit to the Muncie, IN store. The signage is excellent off of McGalliard Rd. There are a few entry ways into the lot. My lunch visit started with easy to find parking in Northwest Plaza and a debris free lot. Also the walk up was clear of trash. A friend and I were immediately greeted and seated in a booth. Not a big lunch crowd, but they had business. My table as well as the adjacent area was clean. Our friendly female waitress took drink orders and provided menus. My friend immediately decided on their special Bourbon burger, I chose the chicken sandwich. I slipped off to wash my hands and the restroom was spic and span with proper supplies. Both plates hit the table in around 20 minutes. Everything was correct and hot. My chicken sandwich with bacon was good, fries tasty. My friend loved his burger and raved! We did get a check in and refill on drinks. Our check was presented in a timely manner and cashed out quickly. Total time was around 50 minutes. That was perfect timing around a planned one hour lunch. I may have to give Applebee's a try again, but since I was out of town it will not be the Muncie location. This visit caught me off guard in a good way. I would recommend.“
