First timer at Hana. How I never knew of this place is beyond me. The service was wonderful and the quality of the sushi was top notch. We started out with the seaweed salad and edamame. Yummm! We ordered the Crunch Target Roll, Shrimp Tempera Roll and the Mango Roll. All was absolutely delicious and it was all decently priced.

We've always enjoyed the food and drinks. The sushi and other food always seem fresh and well prepared.The vibe seems a little off though... never seems like there's a single customer in there; even on a Friday/Saturday night.

Great food and service. Family said Miso is best in town. Was surprised that our order came out on the boat but made it a surprising experience. They all worked together to make sure our service was top notch.

I has been a long time since I came back to Hana Cafe. The food hasn't changed and still delicious. The lady owner provided very quick service. We got our food in no time. The ambiance is still beautiful and moody. She even showed us how to eat correctly, not that I needed it, but it showed the level of care and attention. She was so hospitable. One recommendation is if you know something, don't be afraid to ask the wait staff.

It took 20 minutes to get a drink, half an hour to give order, another 40 to get order, another 20 again to get second drink. Party of 7 and we all waited and waited and waited for each step. The restaurant smelled like sewage, it hit hard as soon as you opened the door to enter and we should not have stayed. Server was nice, but no apologies or explanation for the absolute terrrible service. I've eaten sushi for many years and this was the absolute worst I've ever had, no idea how it was so flavorless and old tasting. I will never go back.
The server(the manager) isn't great but the food is very good. Just need to hire an experienced server if possible.

I have been coming here with family and friends for many years. I've always enjoyed coming to Hana Cafe. I think the sushi is the best in Wichita. I have sometimes eaten here three times or more in a week. Experience is always awesome the atmosphere is really great. You're always able to have a good conversation no interruptions services impeccable food is again like no other. I don't think you could go wrong by stopping here having the sushi or anything on the menu for that matter and not walk away pleased. The menu and presentation of food has changed since my last visit which was very nice. I was not very pleased that there was only one waitress on a Saturday night and the place was full. There was only one chef also seemed very strange to me took forever to get waited on food took forever got one refill on drinking water was probably the worst service I've ever had not sure what was going on hopefully it's not reflected on future visits. And I do not believe that was the waitresses problem she was doing a very good job she just was stretched Way too thin.
