Horrible service tonight at ridge and central location …. They should be embarrassed…. Ordered a fairly large order sent my father to pick it …. They gave every name in our house and was told no order and then sent to another location even though we called there and maybe they should have called for my father… NOPE… great customer service. They went to the maize location and no pizza. My father gets back and I call Knollas and ask about my pizza and was told and I quote “your pizza here you going come get it”. For reals… what a joke … didn’t even offer to make the situation right…. Ridiculous… owners should be embarrassed for calling this local …. Chain restaurant care more about customers than this

Very good pizza. Guy who took the order very nice. I picked up the pizza and the two workers at the front were cold unfriendly sullen never said thank you didn't give a sh basically. But boy they knew how to swivel that little screen for tips. And like a fool I did. Never again.
