This is one of the few remaining “Pizza Hut Classic” restaurants in the country, and I have wanted to go here for quite some time because of it. We ended up going last night for Mother’s Day and had an excellent experience. The decor is retro (which is great), the service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Customer service is always Great at the Beaver Dam, KY store. I quit ordering from Pizza Hut for a while because their crust was always under cooked at the Beaver Dam store. I also had a bad experience at one of the Owensboro, Ky stores a while back. The customer service was bad at the Carry-Out store on several occasions: especially when I pre-ordered a pizza online. I ordered an 8pc. boneless wing and 5 bread sticks for carry-out. Now pizza hut has a signature flavor and recipe style which is delicious, but this order after tax was a little over $17! I loved you back in the day pizza hut but now we're through. Sorry.
