Without consideration to any resident in the area, they have placed an obnoxious billboard advertising their cheeseburger in the middle of our residential neighborhood. They misunderstand the basic idea of marketing while also being inconsiderate to the local people who were once (but definitely no longer) customers. Focus on the food and atmosphere before trying to intrude on our peaceful neighborhood with this atrocious display. My degree in public relations and marketing tells me that this was an effort to remediate lost sales from new businesses. However; I only see this costing you business going forward. A misplaced location and a lack of neighborhood empathy leaves everyone with a bad taste in their mouth for Browns Hometown Market.

Just had a Bubba burger and onion rings. Both were delicious. Best burger in the area. Service was also excellent. Place was clean with clean restrooms. Left with a full stomach and good taste in my mouth. Can’t wait to go back. Thank goodness I saw the billboard on the way into Grand Rivers!
