Went to Popeyes in Madisonville Kentucky. Was told it would be a 17 minute wait. We said sure no problem. We pulled up. People come and go. Not even busy. 38 minutes later and go inside. They haven't even started on mine. Food cold what a waste of 50.00.

The food was PERFECT tonight. The mild chicken was mild. The spicy tenders were spicy. The cole slaw was ice cold exactly the way I love it. It was the BEST Popeyes I've ever had. Our one year old loved her thigh. We couldn't break it up fast enough for her. LOL. It just couldn't have been better. We eat at Popeyes every where. But I'm proud to say our Madisonville Popeyes beats all the rest. And I LOVE their baby seats because they have a tray on them!!! Just awesome! The store is clean and tables clean. Awesome when you're craving chicken!Parking: Huge parking lot with spaces all around the store. And it's well lit at night.

Food was good, service was ok, had to wait and was only customer there at time. Dining room needed cleaning, tables were needing wiped down, floors swept, trash was overflowing on to ground out side. Perfect opportunity to get some of these things done, wasn’t busy at all.

I got there at 12pm and no one was there to eat lunch, so I thought would be a quick meal. No food was ready. How you work at a fast food restaurant with no food ready at lunch time. Ridiculous!

I am just a little upset that I drove 70 round trip to pick up dinner for the evening. When I got there I was told I could not order all dark meat. You get what you get. I'm not a fan of white meat so to get this in my order would of been a waste of money. Also for the people who like to order all white meat you can no longer do that.
Terrible! The staff was rude and the establishment was filthy. Staff were unaware of their surroundings and playing their phones so loud I couldn’t think. Fast food does not apply here. It took 20 minutes for us to receive our food just to throw half of it away. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Do not waste your time or money here!! Eat somewhere else!

I pulled up in the drive thru because they told me I had to wait on fries, it wasn't busy but I thought ok whatever. I waited a good 20 minutes seen 2-3 cars go ahead and get their order immediately. I finally got my food and the fries weren't even hot, for a plus the chicken sandwich was pretty good. I don't eat here often but this didn't make matters any better.

The food is really good, we really enjoy the spicy crispy chicken. I prefer the tenders and the wife likes the sweet and spicy wings.The service is okay, but could be improved.The eating room is FREEZING, and we usually have to bring our winter jackets, and blankets for the toddler.

None of my food was edible, my order a 3 pc tenders two sides and a hockey puck biscuit was almost $14 with no drink. Straight into the garbage because I wasn’t sure if I’d get sick eating the questionable mac and cheese.
