The setting in the old mill right on the water is nice. My biggest grief with Cosima is that from my experience and comparing to other restaurants in the area, the prices are not aligned with the quality or originality of the food.
Bland Food. Inviting atmosphere. We had a margherita pizza with decent cheese and tomatoes but forgettable crust and flavor. Try Verde in Baltimore or 2 Amy's in DC for good Italian style pizza. The risotto tasted like unsalted Campbell's, just remarkably flavorless. In summary, it's adequate but dull food in a nice setting.

A great "out of the way" Italian restaurant. The food is enough and delicious, the outdoor "garden" area is pretty for cocktails. valet parking only. The entrance is a bit hidden however once you go down the hill the valet attendant will be right there to take your car overall, highly recommend.
