We order 2 pizzas both made improper...called the store they said ok we will fix it I drive 15 mins back to the restaurant. Now I'll admit I didn't check the pizza before I left because hell I expected it to be made RIGHT! Get home pizza still wrong. So now I'll BACK AT STORE at 816pm waiting for the GENERAL MANAGER to debate over a refund...save yourself time and money its a reason they have 2.5 stars
Wish I could give it ZERO STARS $51.00 worth of food BURNED rock hard disgusting had to stop at target for something figured I would grab pizza from there. If I didn’t live 30 minutes away, I would certainly bring it back and it wasn’t already 8pm on a Thursday and my children have school tomorrow way to go papa ya ruined dinner!

The customer experience in the pass 30 days has greatly improved. The associates are more attentive, and the atmosphere is more professional. I would like to thank the current staff and Papa John’s corporation for making the necessary changes.
