Was looking for a link to review, but this is only giving the option to recommend or not. Oh well. I guess I’d recommend this place based on the fact that they serve chicken outside of the scope of Baltimore’s “chicken box and fry” combo. The food, however, was over cooked and the chicken was salted more than I’d expect. Foods that I’ve tasted at this location: 1/4 chicken (too salty and not juicy like the other reviews have claimed) Fried plantain (black and burnt...overcooked) Cilantro rice ( best item so far) Beef empanadas (cooked way too long...overcooked) I’ve experienced food from other Peruvian restaurants, and I cannot say that Primo Chicken is at the top of my list. Sardis still is a winner over top of Primo Chicken.
