“Just want there to grab a quick lunch. Never tried the castfish before so ordered it and it was quite good. It comes with 2 fillets of catfish which are quite big in my opinion, 2 slices of toasted bread, fries and drink of your choice.The prices are also resonable.Had to go there the following day for another lunch. You only need to wait for 5 to 10 depending on what your order is. One thing, the shop is inside the gas station, so there aren't any table. You can wait for your order either 'inside the store or in your car. If you like fish, you should try this shop. Recommended it.“

“My son and I always enjoy going to Chick Fil A. We enjoy the food and drinks. We sometimes order to go or dine in but I always use the app to order. Using the app definitely is helpful. The last time we ordered, I ordered on the app but we dined in. The food was brought to our table. The food was great, but the service wasn't like it used to be. Usually there's someone checking on you to see if you need a refill or anything but this time there was nothing. After the food was brought to our table, nobody was around except behind the counter. I ended up having to go to the counter for a drink refill. The staff are friendly there but the service wasn't as good. Maybe I missed the change where they don't come around to the tables anymore.Parking: At this location there is a parking lot for customers. This restaurant is located in a shopping center so no need to worry about where to park.Kid-friendliness: There's a kid's menu here. There weren't any babies there so I can't say if there are high chairs. Nor am I sure if this particular location has a small play area.“

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“

“I had to place a last minute order at your location on 3/31/22. I am a Show Runner for major productions in Maryland. The national artist asked for 35 burgers. 6 different types. It was 15 minutes before closing. Your team did not flinch. The manager(I regret I forgot his name) was on point. He helped me make sense of my order. The food came out hot and fresh. They were one of the best restaurant teams I have ever encountered in my 35 years of working productions in the Maryland, DC and Virginia areas. What was so great about them? Many times restaurants will not take large orders no matter how early we give them a heads up. Many restaurants have closing times posted but really they do not want take orders an hour before they close. We pay cash for all orders. The push back we receive from restaurants when we place orders amazes me. In this day and time when people are making hard choices on how to spend their money your team choose professionalism. One of the best features is the pick up window ... go online, make your choices, pay, and pick-up within 15 minutes of placing order. This particular Subway also delivers. The dining area includes a few tables and its always clean.“

“It's not a popular Subway, and there's a Panera Bread a few doors down. But they remember their customers and are friendly. The broccoli & cheddar soup was a bit too runny for my likes, but if you're hungry enough you'll get it down.“
