It's rather far from baltimore city and doesn't attract those who are unfortunately homeless or suffering addiction. Employees are genuinely respectful. “I don't know about anybody else, but it seems like every single Taco Bell I ever go to is so slow. This one however, is not the same. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time I sat in the Drive-Thru, whoever is managing this place needs to train the rest of the Taco Bell managers.“

“Quick backstory: I flew my little sister and mom on their first trip to the U.S. a year ago over Christmas. She had her first chicken sandwich, loved it, and would be on the lookout saying “Pop-eyes” in her accent whenever we passed one. It became a super cute running joke. I stopped at this franchise on a whim to see if I could acquire some Popeye’s gear for to bring on my visit to Chile this past Christmas. The owner was very kind and went above and beyond. “Drive thru had a 9 or 10 car line so walked inside and drive thru and Uber eats / Door dash orders take priority over in person customers. Waited 15 minutes for a McChicken. No exaggeration. In their defense small staff and they were working their tails off. I think they have just been trained to make the drive thru and mobile orders first priority.“

“I don't typically eat from McDonald's but my grandkids do. I want to say that this location, by far, has the best drive thru service, the lady in the morning shift is very polite, helpful and has a truly happy demeanor. Such things are welcome and needed in today's world more than ever.“
