“Tried this place out to "celebrate" St. Patrick's day. The place was rocking. They had live music but we were able to grab seats at the bar. They offered many fun drinks and a very large selection of draft beers. The service was very good considering the number of people in the place. They offered many GF options! We had jalapeno poppers and their brussels sprouts. They were good portions and tasted great. We will be back!“

“We randomly found the Black Bear cafe when we were driving from Naples back to Windham while on vacation. It was the perfect spot to bring our 16 month old! First all the staff we met were extremely nice and helpful! The food was excellent and highly recommend the fish and chips!! The best part was the musician they had that night. We were sitting at table right next to the set up. He talked to us the whole time and even sang our son his favorite song... Old Macdonald. It was one of our favorite parts of our Maine vacation!“

“The homemade iced tea and lemonade were delicious. The lobster popovers and the lobster stew were divine. Even my side salad was excellent. Only thing to steer clear of are the mozzarella sticks. Also wish they had dessert. The staff were simply lovely. New fave.“

“Had the best service from Kristina and Sam this afternoon. Our daughter had a kids burger, which she said was delicious! We had apps and drinks and were very happy. The prices were extremely reasonable and the service impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Gary’s Olde Towne Tavern!“

“Alyssa was amazing tonight. She is incredible and our food was outstanding. It was the best chicken I have ever had. The view is gorgeous and I can't recommend this place enough. Try and ask for Alyssa to be your waitress because she was out of this world.“

“My girlfriend and I were driving around the sebago area on a rainy Saturday. Though we didn't get to enjoy the nice outside area, the inside lodge style setting was very much welcome. They have a very unique but delicious take on clam chowder. My girlfriend's steak tips for her salad came out underdone. Our waitress was super quick to get it all sorted out. She was back within a few minutes with fresh tips cooked damn near perfect. We would definitely go back... especially if it meant enjoying their super good cocktails under the sunshine.“

“I enjoyed my breakfast here - two fried eggs with pan fries and toast, with a side of ham and sausage links. The server was super-friendly. My partner had gluten free french toast which he thought was a little overpriced for how small the portion was, but that’s GF stuff everywhere for you.“

“It's kind of rustic in here . We usually sit at the bar . Service is great and food is always delicious. We had the sweet chili smoked wings and pulled pork on top of French fries . Both dishes were very flavorful . The beans and ribs are also good here . Acoustic music on Saturday nights is fun to listen to . The bartenders are very attentive and friendly.“

“Loved the sweet potato mash and mashed potato’s. The pastrami sandwich was really good and my husband loved his fish and chips. The kids’ steak tips meal was awesome! The macaroni was a miss for us, but otherwise everything was great, food and the service!“

“Stopped off for Dessert and Coffee/Tea yesterday on my way home from Cornish and Bay Haven, when my goal had been Black Horse for Lunch, but my adventure took me instead to Cornish 1st. Had the Creme Brule and herb tea, and decided on the spot to order myself a meal "to go" for later. They never frowned, never raised a brow, or smirked with my inquiry to do that...afterall: I'm on VACATION! I ordered the Bourbon Steak Tips medium rare with peppers, mushrooms, onions on smashed red skinned potatoes. Creme was smooth textured, mildly sweet, and very good - just right serving after a meal. Without a meal preceding it, I could easily have enjoyed 2! Tips were tasted at suppertime: just tight. Smashed last night were large in portion, delicious when cooled to warm, since I detest the taste that reheated potatoes always have. Tips will be continued today til gone. Service, attitudes and welcome were 5 stars, as was my experience. Looking forward to returning much sooner than my next vacation day. Neighboring FishChips, Reuben sandwich looked scrumptious as well & possible future choice options, as is Sunday Brunch. Tables nicely placed/spaced out. Parking, now that I have seen, is better than 1st thought and noted. Did not take photos, but will next time - do indeed speak a thousand words! “During our last visit to Maine, friends suggested that we all go to the "Top of the Hill Grille" for breakfast. Good pick, the food was flavorful, I had scrambled eggs with cheese, peppers, and onions and a fresh fruit cup. Hubby had a Greek Omelette that he said was delicious. Service was excellent!“

“The theater was nice and clean.Bought my ticket online and waited about 5 mins to be served, which was good.Had people behind me who talked all through the movie and people next to me who talked through the movie.But, the theater was awesome“

“Great spot! Last weekend six of us visited for a late breakfast. The food was fantastic and the service was friendly & attentive. I had the Greek omelette (delicious) which was packed with veggies and feta. It is my go to breakfast dish and this was the best I've ever had! The decor is fun and imaginative and reflects the summer and winter fun to be had in the region. Looking forward to my next visit and will definitely use their catering service for my next event!!Parking: Plenty of off street parking“

“Went here for lunch during a Boy's Weekend. Got a great smash burger and a beer for like $10 bucks. Sever was friendly and put up with our group dynamic. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. I'm sure this place is hopping duribg tourist season. Do recommend!“
