The food and drinks were very good and the staff was very pleasant as well, especially Andre who I mistakenly called Markus by accident ( Sorry Andre) He made us feel very welcome and he was just very pleasant to talk to. Our server, Niki, was super-friendly and helpful throughout our meal.We ordered several sides and split a burger. First out were the meatballs. Three giant meatballs covered in delicious sauce, cheese, and pesto. Tender, savory, perfect. Next up was whipped feta with honey and dates. Pita triangles were used to scoop up the feta, and the combination was amazing. Like savory Greek yogurt, but better! The fried Louisiana fried shrimp were fantastic, served with a mango chili dip. The truffle fries were hot and crispy, perfectly seasoned (generously) with intense truffle flavor, and served with a fabulous garlic aioli.We chose to split the pastrami burger, which was incredible - familiar flavors all pulled together into one delicious burger.I have a feeling this is a gem for locals around York. If I lived here, this would be a regular go-to place for me. “This is a hidden gem and I’m so grateful to have found it. I got the Monstah Lobstah roll and it certainly lived up to its name. It was so big that I was able to bring half home to eat at a later time. We will definitely be back and hopefully Caitlin will be our waitress again… a super nice young lady.
