We ordered a breakfast sandwich (yum) a coconut yogurt and ‘nola (Mmmm), a ramp and parm brioche knot (the dark horse!), and a lemon and pistachio brioche bun (lip licking good!) Feel so lucky to have stumbled on Fika. We’ll be back!“

“Fresh-roasted coffee and quality coffee drinks, what's not to like? Like I usually do, I sampled a latte with a shot on the side. The espresso suited my tastes much more than other recent stops, and the latte was predictably good. (I got a maple one, and it tasted more like pancake syrup than proper maple, but that's *not* a bad thing for me. It was like going out for pancakes. I believe the menu even says "pancake maple". No complaints, and it's just how the flavor syrup is.) I took a bag of whole bean with me, and while I haven't tried it yet I'm sure it will be great - I've not had a honey-processed roast before. Parking here was very easy, and the shop is spacious with a decent amount of seating and a clean bathroom.

Parking: Plenty of spaces in front of the building. Unlike downtown this is very easy to visit.

“Elevate Cafe is the beacon of greatness in a sea of sub-par tourist/vacation food.I try to find the best spots to eat whenever I visit a town that is new to me. There are just too many food businesses where quality has taken a backseat, as the business has found it's market and the owner has emotionally clocked out.When entering Elevate Cafe, I noticed the owner was there working the grill and instructing the staff. The quality of the food clearly meant something to this person. That was my hint that this could be a good spot.I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a rosemary bagel. I can only say that it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever eaten, and I was surprised to taste something so great in a tourist town. I ate there the following morning as well, because I was convinced that there couldn't be another place that was worth my time.I cannot wait to return to this place when I visit the area again.“
