Great, attentive service and wait staff visibly working together as a team. How refreshing to see! Food was perfectly cooked and a large menu to choose from. Drinks from bar had well-balanced flavors and were generous.. Comfortable environment. Relaxed. Great prices and value for the terrific quality of product. Can't wait to go back.

sachetti had good flavor but the pasta was clumsily made & was drowning in sauce. Onion rings were good but could have used more batter. The dipping sauce for them was to die for. The smoked turkey with gravy was tasty. The cole slaw & the Carmel brownie with ice cream were the stars of the meal. But, portions are small for the prices. Stick with water, the drinks are seriously not worth the price. Our waitress was excellent.

We got 2 open face beef with mashed potatoes and green beans on one and mashed potatoes and fruit bowl with the 2nd.Those are supposed to be shredded beef so when ours came in a slice it was camouflaged with mashed potatoes and gravy. As I started chewing I realized it was nothing but fat and gristle as you can see in the bowl picture where I tried to dig around and find any actual meat.The other picture is my daughter’s plate. You can see where it was just a large slice of fat and gristle too.My husband is a butcher and he looked at it and said it was the cap off a ribeye. So basically they tried to feed us the trash and thought we wouldn’t notice.When we complained they took off the price for the meat but made us pay for the sides.If you get caught trying to screw the customers over at least have the decency to make them not pay for the entire plate ?♀️Oh and my husband got the tenderloin and it was mostly breading. He said it wasn’t even tenderized. But he didn’t say anything to them about it.Son got the chicken strips and onion rings. It was the only good thing they had.Don’t waste your money because they don’t know how to make the things they offer apparently.

We had a small issue with a waitress and a very rude and snarky woman who was either a waitress or manager became hostile with our request to switch servers. She told us the waitress we didn’t want was her daughter and she became very defensive. She went as far as to raise her voice and call us childish while trying to initiate an argument over a very simple request. Very very unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t call customers childish while you are LITERALLY picking a fight for your daughter. You’re supposed to be a professional. Be a professional and switch servers when asked. leave the drama at home. Simple. It should have been a non issue but she displayed completely unacceptable behavior. Not once did anyone of us raise a voice or become rude and everyone remained calm and polite even when she was calling us childish. Nor did any of us say anything bad about the waitress we didn’t want we SIMPLY asked for a different waitress. Very obvious the woman just wanted to argue and very obvious that she needs to be the one to grow up.

Great Food Poor ServiceThe food my fiancé and I ordered was delicious, but the time it took for us to receive our food, and the un-attentiveness from our waiter was completely unacceptable. It took over half an hour to get our appetizer out to us, and well over an hour on our main dishes. During the total hour and thirty-five minutes we spent there our waiter barely checked in on us. To top it off we were sat directly inline with the front door of the establishment, so my fiancé and I spent the entire meal wearing our coats to stay warm. Even though the food was delicious, everything else about Black Water is terrible. Save your money and time, and dine elsewhere.

I had a lovely turkey club! The smoked turkey made the sandwich great! My boyfriend got the french dip sandwich and he also liked it! The service was great. A server suggested the turkey club and I was happy that I got it. The place was very clean, including the bathrooms.
