“I live only 3 minutes away from this market, and it’s been always a place to go either I just need some eggs or wine, or I am in the mood for their delicious sandwiches. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice, including the owner I had tons of fun conversations with. I’m moving out of Kirkwood this week, and will miss this market dearly! “The food here is decent. I like the sandwich that I got from here because I used it for my lunch at work the next day. The sandwich was filling with lots of toppings. There was only one worker on the evening that we stopped by. Parking was in the parking lot behind this place.“

“My husband and I love this place. We visit at least once every time we are in St. Louis to visit family. Every person in our family has a favorite menu item. The food is great, the staff is friendly, and they are always great with our family’s various dietary needs. My dad and his best friend love everything in the Salsicca sandwich section. Their vegetarian sandwiches and salads are great. My husband enjoys their deli meats. My mom love the Italian beef sandwiches. My sister adores the mayo-free Italian Tuna sandwich. This is a perfect place for a casual lunch with the family in between activities.“

“Got the pastrami sandwich, cauliflower and smoked turkey gyros, and fish sandwich. Got the kimchi brussel sprouts and pickled beet salad. The sides were super delicious and paired very well with the sandwiches. Highly recommend the pastrami sandwich!“

“This is a true local gem. My deceased father took me here 20 years ago as a kid, and I had precious memories of the free eat-in cookie. To see the same owner serve up my sandwich still to this day literally brought tears to my eye. I hope if the owner ever needs help from the community, they let us know“

“The food here is great! I love the bread they use on their sandwiches. If I'm catering to a larger group I usually preorder their classic subs 16" to go. But if I'm eating there at lunch with just myself or a friend I always get their cheese pizza bread! It is the best! There are no other comparisons. Also their garlic bread is a hit!“
