“We used to live at Dayton 30-40 yrs ago, yet had never been to FPG. We won't make that mistake. This is the finest dining experience around the lake! The service was exceptional, (thanks, Janay!)ⁿ & spot-on when plates needed to be removed, water replenished, the dessert was brought. We began with bread & an oil/balsamic dip. Very good starter! Salads were red leaf, arugula (spring mix) with dried cranberries & chopped pecans. The coconut shrimp was Crispy large prawns & quite tasty. My filet mignon was cooked to perfection at my requested medium rare, served with a properly prepared baked potato. The skin was fully edible, a bit seared & super good. It was served with sautéed squash, zucchini & yellow, also superb. We topped it off with NY style cheesecake topped with berries.“

“Fiesta En Jalisco in Polson, Montana, offered a distinct dining experience on a Saturday night, setting itself apart from its Missoula counterpart with its lakeside view and spacious, well-appointed dining area. The ambiance was inviting, characterized by open floor plans, exposed beams, and ample natural light streaming in through the windows facing the lake. A separate bar area and private section for parties added to the venue's appeal.Service at this location surpassed expectations, with attentive staff ensuring a seamless dining experience. From prompt drink refills to timely clearing of finished items and keeping the chips and salsa flowing, every detail was meticulously attended to. The exemplary service provided by the two gentlemen overseeing the front-of-house operations deserves commendation, as such dedication is increasingly rare in today's hospitality industry. The food offerings were bursting with flavor, providing an opportunity to explore the diverse menu options. Opting for the Carne Asada plate, I found the flavor to be exceptional, albeit the portion size was smaller than expected. The accompanying rice and beans, while flavorful, were similarly modest in portion. The refried beans, undoubtedly made from scratch, complemented the Mexican rice perfectly. However, the tortillas lacked the characteristic grill marks, suggesting they may not be house-made.Among the combination platters sampled by my family, the shredded beef chimichanga stood out for its perfect crispiness and flavorful filling. The Chile relleno, while flavorful, was slightly soggy, and the tamale, though tasty, lacked the ideal texture. The enchilada, featuring juicy shredded chicken and a flavorful sauce, was executed well.A blackberry margarita, unfortunately, fell short of expectations, lacking in both appearance and flavor compared to other offerings. Despite this minor disappointment, Fiesta En Jalisco remains a standout in the Northwestern culinary scene, offering vibrant flavors that cater to local preferences. With ample parking available on-site and additional street parking for overflow, Fiesta En Jalisco in Polson, Montana, stands out as a culinary destination worth visiting, offering a flavorful escape far removed from the border.“

“I came here with my best friend and her family for New Years Day. We ordered 3 drinks, 1 appetizer, and 5 entrees and my total came out to $85. Prices are VERY reasonable considering the cost of everything nowadays. Visiting from Washington State, you'll be lucky to find a meal for under $20 so I was honestly shocked/appalled to see such a low cost of food for a party of 5. Service was excellent and all smiles. Thank you!“
