I grew up in Trout Creek and have been coming to Minnie’s for 20+ yrs. Back home visiting of course we had to go to Minnie’s, we did not know they had new owners and wish we would’ve went somewhere else. The $16.95 salad was wilted, biscuits were like leather and ice tea was rancid/fermented. I used to brag about how good this place was but after today, yikes I will not be coming back.

The breakfast skillet is huge. If you're hungry after leaving Minnie's it's your own fault?

Go-to for a local filling meal.*** Update! New owners. We continued to give them business in spite of issues. Now I have to sadly say we will NOT be going there any more. They sporadically answer the phone, are not friendly, and are dropping menu items that we used to order regularly. It's sad to see a long time local business go down hill like they have. Go elsewhere!

To the owner! Thank you for your reply. Our waitress claimed she was the acting manager!! That is a scary representation of your good name! She took a card my daughter filled out asking for a phone call from the owner to discuss what happened! Did you get it or did she throw it away without handing it in.? My daughter strongly feels she wants to discuss this with you! Please let me know a number she can reach you at?!Food was good. Service from waitress was not. We even heard her discuss us with someone in the kitchen. So rude!!

Minnies has been a disappointment since the “Seattleites” took it over. Trying to turn our little town into Seattle by charging exorbitant prices in a town that is 70% retired folks on a fixed income… I will NEVER go in there again… breaks my heart…

Service would get 5 stars but there was a bit of a wait on the food. I'd give it like a 4.8 out of 5 but Google doesn't allow that. Super friendly staff, delicious food, and a nice little scenic town. Definitely somewhere to stop by on your way through

We decided to try something different on our way through and stopped in at Minnie's. We were greeted immediately and sat with a smile. It was quite busy so we expected a wait but our waitress went WAY above and brought our granddaughter crayons and color pages along with crackers right off as she was a bit restless. We could tell that she was busy but she did everything in her power to make us comfortable, taken care of and welcomed. I'm not sure if she was the owner or not but we LOVED HER!!!! I would definitely recommend stopping in and eating at this wonderful place.

0ct 21 2023Worst service I ever had and not even busy! Brought salad last no refills on drinks with cups sitting at the fromt of the table! Waitress could care less when we asked about the wrong stuff! There is a pizza place down the street a. Asian food truck! I hope it was just the lousy waitress but that’s managements fault! Liver and onions was tiny buried in gravy wife asked for tots with her tuna melt and cold fries! Try other places first didn’t even get desert we were so over it! Laziness!! Went down the street and ate afterwords. In other words crappiest part of our day out! Unless your milking a hangover go try somewhere else I can read about the staff and this is a common practice it appears!
