We love this place and have eaten here multiple times. It is our go to place in Canton. It's homey, the staff are all great. And the food is usually very good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is last time I had the fried flounder it sure tasted like tilapia. NOT a fish that we like to eat. Try the onion rings! The nightly specials are pretty good too.

A blast from the past! Where else can you get good food for a good price and end your meal with Yum Yum? This is the only place around these parts near or far. When I read it on the dessert menu board, my wife asked what I had been drinking back up the hill at Hometown Power Hardware. She was seated with her back to the sign, and she couldn't read what it said. I told her again, but she still didn't believe me. It was the first time I had seen it offered on a menu anywhere before. We had a very good lunch, met some nice people and enjoyed our visit very much!

I'm ashamed that I didn't take pictures ? but you must eat at the black bear!!!! My favorite things to eat are the onion rings, the pimento grilled cheese, the hot fudge cake is to die for!!! They have fresh food and a cozy atmosphere. The waitress are very sweet and you know they love their job. We will be back.
