My very first experience and it took an hour or more to get the food. Only reason we waited that long is you could tell the few staff were working as hard as they could. Plus we got some wine while we waited. Due to the extreme wait the owner gave me and one other gentleman and another female a $10 credit since we waited the longest. Fast forward to when I go to give them a 2nd chance and they say I can only do $5. Won't get my business again. Just bad business to go back on your word. Yes it's just $5 but it isn't just $5 it's the principle! If you give them a chance then make sure to order ahead and get something from the day of if they try to say they will give you a credit. Not a great owner

PLEASE if you get anything from here get the ITALIAN SUB...IT IS HUGEEEE and it is the best sub you will ever have and you will NOT regret the stop.The owners were so courteous and friendly, meats were high quality and the seating & Bathroom are super clean.They do take pride in what they do and it shows , definitely a hidden gem.

Just amazing, the best subs in town and their pizzas pure Italian is to die for, Love everything of thus place just wished it would be in smoky park hway or downtown Asheville they would definitely would merit more exposure for great food like this is would actually bring more business go them. That's my opinion.Vegetarian options: You can choose how you want your pizza or subs.Parking: Parking is not that great a little confusing, but e entuslly you get your food.Kid-friendliness: Sitting area is good for the family.

Our experience was a delight. From the conversation while ordering to the product packaging (food was hot and in prime condition, and my son was late picking it up) to the quality of the food and the portion sizing. We have been waiting a long time to finally get to try this place. We meant to take photos of our beautiful food but started eating and could not stop! We cannot wait to return and work our way down the menu. I am a meatball snob and highly recommend them. The marinara is unbelievable!!! The Italian and eggplant subs were crazy delicious and will feed you for days. Thanks to Howard who spent some time with us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a delicious and great experience.

What a great find! We were hiking at Chestnut park and I thought about this food the whole time. I couldn’t wait to get down the mountain to eat. I was NOT disappointed!!! The cheesesteak with marinara was to die for, so was my husband’s Italian hoagie. We also tried the meatballs and they melted in our mouths. I could drink the marinara and would travel to NY myself for the bread he imports. The owner is super friendly and helpful and the portions are huge! The cheesecake is great too!
Huge sub. Bread was good, meats were fresh sliced and very flavorful. We traveled from Woodfin to try this place. Definitely worth it.
