I understand that mistakes happen. I ordered delivery through the app, and was missing part of my order. I called the restaurant, then my son to go pick up the missing food. Upon his arrival, he was told they were out of chicken & rice soup. THAT'S the annoying part. I would not have called him had I been told that initially. Please do better when it comes to customer service!
Last visit to Panera Bread. For the past year I have made several visits, sometimes daily to Panera and I get the exact same thing. Hot Chai latte, almond milk, shot of espresso and a little extra Chai....every time. So much so it is on my rewards account. They often even know what I want because it is noted. Today I go and was told that they cannot add extra Chai because they cannot ring up extra Chai?? Its not so much they "suddenly" can't add it, it was the young lady at the drive thru who made a point to let me know that it is the servers discretion to give extra Chai. I'm sorry but you're telling me for the past year every other server has made an "exception"? Also please tell me, aside from the Almond Milk and espresso what have I been paying extra for? It's just the way in which the one girl at the drive-thru handled this entire transaction. Panera I am only one customer but this is a customer you have lost. BTW, the young lady who actually handed me my beverage did give me a little extra Chai, I guess today was just another exception.
