Beautiful venue with great staff. My only criticism is that there were multiple fire ant mounds left unchecked right in the middle of the outdoor event space, causing us to have to work around them when arranging chairs.
My husband and I got married here! He did an amazing job finding the venue. The owner and staff are wonderful, and the property is beautiful. We haven't lived in the area for long so we wanted our friends and family to see why we love it here so much. This was the place to show off our new home state. I'm happy we were able to enjoy such a lovely place during the planning and on the day of our wedding. So many things to recommend this beautiful venue. However, we had problems with the staff being uninterested. A bartender told a guest who inquired that the wedding cake was “self service” and gave them a knife. They cut their own piece of cake and then people started cutting the cake. While it was the caterers’ responsibility to cut the cake this seemed crazy.
