After having to leave another hotel due to its condition - we were happy to be allowed to check into this location. Despite it being 10am, the staff allowed us access to the pool and facilities until our room was available later in the day. We decided to extend our stay last minute and the staff were very accommodating of our reservation changes. After an incredibly horrific stay at the nearby Suburban Extended Stay hotel, we decided to change to the Courtyard Marriott. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted by Emma at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful as we explained that we were hoping to check in early (it was almost 1 pm) because we checked out of our previous hotel due to the horrendous condition of the room there. There were cockroaches in my room, which I only found at 1am. Left my name and phone number twice at the hotel and asked one of the managers to call me. Have not heard a peep from them. Manager was not available when we checked out.
