“Great local seafood tex/mex walk up food stand essentially.Food is great, haven't had a bad thing on the menu and I've tried it all. The menu is pretty small but that keeps the service time with quick turn around. Highly recommend the the coconut rice in whatever you get.Prices are fair considering you are in central Surf City in the middle of everything touristy.Atmosphere, the seating is all outdoor covered and uncovered picnic, rail counter or small table seating. I don't know I'd say it's good for large parties and it's not a formal eating place.Highly recommend Shaka Taco, just wish the location was easier to get in and out of sometimes.Parking: There are 2 small lots for parking next to the building but they are hard to navigate if you have a large vehicle.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap accessible ramp to the ordering window and they will bring your food to your table after ordering.“

“I recently placed a catering order and was blown away at the ease of their service and selection. I opted to pick-up everything versus delivery and it was perfect. They provide heaters, serving stands and everything was neatly arranged to use quickly setup at home. There was more than enough food and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good it all was.
