Never have a bad experience here. Food is always correct, and served fast. As someone who’s done mad time in food service I greatly notice and appreciate the little things like these.
15 for smokehouse brisket and had about half the meat it had before. F n Mac cheese bites are 5 and there's 4 tiny lil bites. I live Arby's food but call the cops, was robbed. 4 combos and Mac bites for 65....f that!

I love Arby’s but every time I order, even on time they’ve given fries that have been sitting. And that are cold by the time it arrives. Prices are too high to receive cold food. I think they can do better and are just being lazy

I've been seeing the Fish Filet Commercial on tv for about the last week and as I was in Minot today I stopped and had a Fish Filet Meal.The sandwich was absolutely delicious! I didn't catch the person's name that waited on me but I was impressed at his nature and positive attitude.The restaurant and bathroom were clean which was a pleasant surprise! I will be back for another visit. Great job Arby's crew!

Randy takes my order a couple times a week. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Kind, cordial and makes for a nice experience at Arby’s. The staff here are professional, fast, and friendly. The place is clean, quiet, and ran very well. The managers and staff seem like “real people” who care…that is hard to find now-a-days. This is a go-to fast food in Minot. Owners, keep folks like this going, as we love it here! Food is good too! Hot fresh and doesn’t feel like it’s been under a warmer for ever..5 stars!
