“Whether you want a burrito or shrimp and octopus cocktail, this is the best fast option in Bellevue. While they do have a picnic table (and a canopy in the summer) it is a food truck. Meat Options are Steak, tongue, chorizo, Al pastor, chicken and carnitas. Tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas can be made with any of them. Shrimp and octopus cocktails are also available. Great food and super nice guys running it.“

However, as we ate our dinner, a young man came in and was told the kitchen was closed (even though it was earlier than their posted closing time) because business was slow.So, you'll definitely want to call ahead to make sure the kitchen will be open if you are planning on going there on a week night.“

She discussed the menu (daily special, regular menu, happy hour) and shared a history of the restaurant and food source. Shared with my colleagues, we tried the Portuguese mussels (10/10), clam strips (10/10), and catfish fingers (8/10).Highly recommend the Portuguese mussels. $12 during happy hour (2-6pm CT) and it will fill you up if you are semi hungry.The clam strips were my absolute favorite! Crispy and delish! $10 during happy hour, and it was so worth it.For three small plates with a drink, it came to be around $50 with taxes and tips. It would close at least $80 in cities like Los Angeles or Boston.Come and try Shucks!“
