“I visit this Scooters location frequently and my experience is always great. The main reason for this is the staff. I was there recently and the wait was a bit longer than usual. Having worked in food service for many years I know how stressful this can be for employees. That said, I was not surprised the entire staff and my favorite barista, Katie handling the difficult situation with grace and a smile. I will be a long-time regular of this Scooters for this reason.“

“Today was my first time at A Hill of Beans Coffee Roasters and I was more than impressed! Friendly staff, clean, cool merch, I enjoyed smelling all the coffee beans in jars thought that was a fun touch, was offered a muffin sample (it was delicious), and best of all I tried the best coffee ever! It was a blended brown sugar and cinnamon I believe, but I truly believe it’s the best coffee and service in Omaha!“

“I love this scooters! I am an avid coffee drinker and have visited many many scooters locations. For a long time, I didn’t ever go to very many scooters because without a doubt they take FOREVER to make a simple drink. Idk if it’s because they’re understaffed or if it’s just the employees taking their time, but THIS scooters always does an excellent job of making drinks quickly and accurately! “I was recently diagnosed/started battling a health condition. Some days I can’t eat solid foods & anyone that knows me knows this has been one of the hardest parts because I am a total foodie! So majority of the time when I visit I am not only down/drained/weak from treatment, but also hangry & irritated that my options are extremely limited. And oftentimes I’m rushing straight from the hospital, feeling so bad for having to be THAT person that orders right before they close because I hadn’t eaten anything but ice chips all day .. and they still always make me feel so welcomed. It doesn’t matter the time or day, every single time I’ve gone I have been treated with the best service. I also order around 3-4 drinks at a time because my girlfriend & our rescue doggo are now both hooked as well. And I ask to pay for a “special pup cup” (pictured) because she’s a big girl, and they accommodate every time without hesitation. There have even been a few times I had forgotten to ask & they still surprised me with one waiting at the window anyways. The staff there is SUPER awesome & even on my darkest days when smiling seems impossible, they always prove me wrong. “My teenaged daughter and I picked Vitality Bowl for a Saturday morning breakfast. The Super Food Bowl and Vitality Bowl took a bit to be made, pricey even, but after the 10 minute wait, it was worth the dine in. I am not sure if it truly is our healthiest eating option- but the fruit and honey seemed like the best energy giving option for a productive day. Parking outside the door.“

“I was shocked this Scooter's didn't have great reviews already because every time I've stopped they are on their game. It doesn't matter the time of day, the staff have you covered. They are all super friendly, helpful and speedy. My wait time has never been more than 5 minutes even with 5+ cars in the line. They have both an indoor place to sit and work, or a lengthy drive thru behind the building. Since I'm not a huge coffee drinker, my go to is their Mango Smoothie and their Maple Waffle Breakfast sandwich. While the smoothies are a little pricey, they are full of the real fruit flavor I want and look for In a smoothie. Their breakfast sandwiches are all good, but the waffle sandwich is true perfection. Best of both worlds: Waffles as the "bun" with sausage and egg in the middle. It feels like I get a complete breakfast with this sandwich. If you're in a rush and looking for your Scooter's fix in NW Omaha, this is the location to pick!“

“01/29/2022 I picked up a coffee for a friend at Scooters at 156th and Maple. I asked the clerk if they could make a white mocha latte that tastes like Starbucks. I was told that they could. I am a Scooters fan so I felt I was making a good decision. I paid extra tip for their trouble. I got to my friends house and gave them the latte. They said it tasted like dirty water. I tasted it myself and I too would describe the taste as dirty water. I feel like such a fool. I apologized to my friend for the latte. We both speculated what was actually in the cup.. I was charged for something that wasn't drinkable. I won't make that mistake again. It's Starbucks next time.“
