“Step into déjà vu restaurant in Garfield New Jersey and enjoy the allure of Balkan food. I started off with some great appetizers and I highly recommend the melted cheese dip. I really enjoyed the chicken rolls wrapped in bacon and stuff with provolone cheese. Don’t skip out on dessert, then Nutella and banana crêpes are homemade and a must try. I also enjoyed a very delicious strawberry margarita. The staff was very attentive, and the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. The spot is great for a girls night out, date night, a family dinner. It’s also a great spot for a celebration“

“Such a great place. The food is simple and always cooked perfectly. We order take out from here often when we don't want to cook but still want something healthy. We finally got a chance to dine in last night and it's very cute inside and also BYOB so don't forget a bottle of wine. Staff was very friendly and food came out quickly!Highly recommend the shepherd salad, liver appetizer, ezme, shish kebab, lamb chops and the mixed grill - it's more than enough for 2 to share! The rice is so good you'll want to eat it on it's own.Vegetarian options: Lots of dips and salad options as well as fish“

“We ordered take out from this restaurant. This restaurant serves Romanian food (although I don't think we ordered anything that was traditionally Romanian). We ordered the fried Asiago cheese as an appetizer. It was crispy but had no flavor. I wish it came with a sauce or something (like a sweet drizzle would have made it better). We also tried two sandwiches, the beef brisket and cheesesteak sandwiches. The beef brisket was good, the sauce was a little sweet, and the beef wasn't too dry. The bread tasted fresh and I like the amount of ingredients in the sandwich. The cheesesteak wasn't the best. It had a cucumber wasabi sauce that wasn't the best. The meat was well cooked though. I just think the sauce isn't for everybody. I think I would order again from here. The prices were decent. Each sandwich came with a large amount of fries and the sandwiches were pretty filling.“

“It's a cute cafe with a nice area to dine in. They have good hummus and falafels!! Loved the falafel bowl that came with hummus and pita, pita was so soft and so tasty. I also tried the chicken bowl, the rice was great and the chicken too but I liked the falafels way more than chicken and also their hummus more than the rice. Ended with their banana bread, and it was so yum. The pecan cake was also so good!!“

“Excellent beer on tap, incredible gator tots, well-cooked burgers and not-great service. In general, I would go here again but you can't be in a hurry or hope that sitting at the bar means you'll be served quickly or asked if you want anything else. Despite this, I have to give 4 stars for the quality of the tater tots alone. Like seriously good!!!“

“Aozora is a lovely fusion restaurant in Montclair. The decor is simple and clean. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The Tuna Tataki Roll and the Aozora Roll were yummy. But be sure to order the cod with sautéed veggies was perfect and light. The crème brûlée cheesecake was amazing!“

“Good food, same original cook. 1 of 2.But they also like to do the one thing I hate restaurants doing. The tip is included ( 20%)and it’s on the initial bill but once you pay the signing receipt comes with tip area for you to fill and they don’t bring back the original receipt which they should. This is to trick you to tip twice. That for me killed it. I won’t be going back because it’s wrong morally . But again, good food.Parking: It’s across the street. Not inconvenient at all. Free for now, let’s see.“

“Stayed in Newark for a few days to visit NYC and this place was right around the corner. The kid is nice and the sushi was so good so we went two nights in a row. I 100% recommend the Philadelphia roll (my fav). We also got the fried pork dumplings, shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll, & miso soup. Everything tasted very good and the people were nice!“
