“First, you can go ahead and disregard the couple negative reviews. The Owner/Chef of this roadside barbecue pit, knows exactly what they're doing. They kept the fat cap on the ribs which allowed it to render and keep the meat tender and juicy. Deep Smoke ring, rich of hickory flavor. I opted for no sauce this time cause I wanted to taste the cooking and not so much of the sauce and let me tell you, these ribs were on point! Mac and cheese and collard greens were absolutely delicious side choices. Would and will recommend this spot to coworkers, friends, and family. Thankyou for a wonderful meal!“
