“Come to NJ to eat Korean food again! Happy hometown! On weekends, I just want to drink beer and eat fried chicken with my friends ~ I accidentally discovered that the atmosphere of this restaurant is so good, and I ate at Fuqiang again today ?✨Fish cake potVarious kinds of skewers, fish cakes, udon, eggs, radish, meatballs, rice cakes, tofu, the soup base is also super fresh and sweet, I drank three bowls✨Charcoal Grilled Spicy Pork KnucklesThe charcoal-grilled pig's feet are similar to barbecue flavor. The spiciness is incredible?️The crispy and charred skin is so fragrant and chewy. The spicier it is, the more you want to eat it?✨Seafood + Spicy Kimchi PancakeThe combination of half and half is very special, the crust is chewy and chewy✨troop potA slice of cheese + ramen + various toppings on top, super warm to the stomach✨Sweet and spicy fried chickenThe fried chicken that is as high as a hill ? goes perfectly with the Shao Beer. The fried chicken is completely non-fried and the sweet and spicy sauce is delicious.✨Cheese CornBrushed cheese and crispy corn??Fruit beerIt has mango and strawberry flavor, the wine taste is not strong, you can drink a fruit smoothie ~ not too sweet“
“Hands down one of the best dive bars around in the area! If you're a dive bar fanatic and looking for a great time then look no further. With pool tables and darts readily available for fun times, this bar is packed with solid drink options and cool people. Anthony (bar tender) is superrrrr awesome and very personable. You feel like you're at home AND that you're one of the regulars when you come here. It's a special feeling when you walk into a bar and can make friends easily. With a long bar top and table seating you can have a large gathering for any occasion and it's open quite late. To add, you can order food and have it delivered here to eat. The vibes are exactly what you look for in a dive bar, and I can't wait to keep coming back.“
“I surrendered to my craving for some late night chicken. I found this place (relatively new) listed on UberEATS. To me, the chicken tasted way better than that from several franchised restaurants around the area. I was on the hunt for a really good K-fried chicken place. I think this might be it. I’m going to dine-in next time to get a full feel for it; hopefully they don’t disappoint. They also included disposable gloves with my order. Small details!?Notes:I didn’t see a boneless option.C7- Fried chicken tasted like 옛날 통닭, which translates to old-fashioned fried style chicken. Very crispy!“
“There's not much of a night life in Jersey so having this as an option for late night food and/or drinks is great. My friends and I like going here to share food and have a good time. I personally like the 201 nachos and the lychee cocktails a lot. Music is good, vibe is good. Can't go wrong“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“My dining experience at Minetta Tavern was impeccable. My friend and I had Fois Gras and Oysters as Appetizers, Strak Frites and Minetta Burger for our entrees, and topped it up with their delicious Soufflé for two.Everything was truly incredible, from the lively and yet cozy atmosphere, to the outstanding quality of food, and flawless service. It was my first time and will definitely be back for more.A huge thank you to the whole team again!“

“Another fantastic dinner at PS Kitchen. Highly recommend the Thai Chili wings, crabby cakes and Brussel Sprouts. Our table also had the Linguini Alfredo, Cesar wrap and the Thai Sweet Chili Sandwich. We didn’t like the pretzel bun but otherwise everything was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed. Staff are friendly and we did not feel rushed. Will definitely be coming again and highly recommend.“

“Delicious & great service! We loved Esca but this was also v delicious & v healthy. Room is pretty. The bar is not as cozy & stylish as it was in its former iteration but overall we will be back & wish them great success! Great space & option including while in the theatre district, Sony Hall, etc;))“

“Came back a second time and can officially say Tong Brooklyn in Bushwick is the best Thai food I know of in NYC, in the same class as LA and Thailand. And one of my favorite restaurants periodt. Everything has been top tier and filled with delight and surprise.“

“Had a brunch here by myself on Sunday for a bottomless mimosas time and had a blast. I ordered a burger and what made it the best experience for me is the warmth and hospitality provided by Rachel!! She is such a sweetheart and I see her every brunch I chose to come here. Her welcoming attitude and friendliness makes it a better part of my day having a hangover brunch so thank you, Essex, for incredible times“

“I wouldn’t call Katana a dive bar, but on a Tuesday night it felt like a great neighborhood bar. Relaxed atmosphere. Was surprised at how small it was but that added to the chill vibe. I bet on a Thirsty Thursday and the weekend that all changes, but the bartenders and the craft cocktails will be just as great.“

“Please please please stop coming here all of you folks who don’t care about the care that this place is bringing to you.Make a reservation.Respect the process. This place is gorgeous and is the reason we drink (or the reason drinking is joyful and not just a slow decline).Table side sazerac or martini. Enjoy. Live.TIP THE STAFF! They’re essentially making you a Disneyland level illusion. Not the space which is *chefs kiss* but the movement of the staff. Slow. Intentional. Well educated in past and current manners.Truly this place is special and will stay special if talk show up like you’re in booze church.Put on an outfit goddamnit. Flirt w the bartenders. But don’t interrupt!Be sexy have fun try more absinthe.“

“We found this gem of a bar/restaurant and visited five or six times. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff very professional and friendly. Eddie provided excellent service and Gabriel the owner is so welcoming and friendly and has time for everyone. The food was out of this world - particular mentions are Ravioli Zucca and the Brasato di Costolette di Manzo (short ribs to die for). The bomboloni (Italian doughnuts with chocolate and caramel sauces) is one of the best desserts I’ve had! We would definitely recommend this place. It’s in an excellent location opposite Central Park.“

“I used to eat here when it was under a different name. After the recent renovation, I decided to try it again. The food, mostly mid-southern Chinese food from Zhejiang/Shanghai, was authentic and tasted good. One exception was the hot and sour soup, too salty. Service was good. New setting/decor is modern and trendy.“

“Wend to Avoca without a reservation on a Saturday morning, we were grateful to get a table without having to wait too long; but then the table turned out to be in the aisle between the entrance to the kitchen and the bathroom on a very tight and on the way spot. I feel like that table should not exist at all since it was just a risk of getting hit by trays and being uncomfortably on the way. For food, I had a coffee, a single mimosa (bottomless is also an option but was not feeling it at the time) and the avocado toast which was delicious and very filling. The service was polite but a bit slow , which is expected given how packet the restaurant was on a Saturday morning. Would recommend and be back , with a reservation next time!“

“Amazing place! My brother and I are both vegan and have a ton of allergies and the wait staff was super accommodating. The food is spectacular too - I took 2 animal eaters and a vegetarian to the restaurant and they couldn't tell the difference between the kebabs and meat. We had the "chicken", "beef", and kofta kebabs, along with the "chicken" gyros, "lamb" cigars, and hummus. I was a big fan of all the kebabs, and thought the "chicken" gyros were amazing too. The desserts were also great - highly recommend.Vegetarian options: It's an entirely vegan restaurant.“

“We came in last Thursday night for some pre dinner drinks while on vacation and we're so glad we found this spot! Our trip was drink/food focused and the bartenders here did not disappoint. My husband and our friend had a "Ramos Gin Fizz", (which was literally like the best cocktail I have ever tasted), I would have had one myself but I was already three deep into the Cucumber Mint Collins (which was also delicious)! There was a great live band playing and it was just what we needed after not being in the city for so long. Can't wait to come back!! Did I mention the bartenders were awesome? (It needed to be said twice).“

“Otis, My Man! - Animal House I planned out both dinner and show Friday night for my wife. I have the first reservation at 6pm but in order to make this all work she has to leave work a little early. She says it shouldn't be a problem but all I'm thinking about is their homemade breads. If there's an issue, I may leave late. Woman, set yourself on fire and run out of there! Once inside, this is a beautiful space in Bushwick. Bushwick always makes me laugh. If my grandparents were alive they'd say the rosary for me. Bushwick in the late 70s? As I see the subway across the street, I can see why in 2024 this is a popular neighborhood. Walking inside, there is a long beautiful looking bar that's stocked with some high end booze. I was about to order one of the great Scotch offerings but I see a smoky & spicy Otis signature drink called "Revenge Of The Line" made with Mezcal, Charred Pineapple and Habañero. Ah-mazing. The Otis Menu isn't broken down into starters and mains. The Otis team lists everything, figure it out and order. My wife & I made this work. Starting with the Burrata and the Roasted Beets. The Burrata was on top of this Sweet Potato and Tomato Jam. Once the burrata was cut open, delish! We slathered the cheese on the charred focaccia, soo good! The roasted beets with Ruby Frost Apples were another solid dish. What made it next level was the Crispy Quinoa and Candied Pecan bits. Highly recommended. Next, Lamb Meatballs and Braised Pork Pasta. We're sitting at the chef's table and watching these guys cook is crazy. They have 5 pans going at once and they are hustling to get food out. I see them take the Lamb Meatballs and put them on the grill to get that charred goodness. When they're finished the Lamb Meatballs are plated over a Tomatillo Tahini. This is a phenomenal dish, and the definition of phenomenal: very remarkable, extraordinary. Finally, the Braised Pork Pasta. This was something I never had before, it says miso but the underlying flavor tasted more like cinnamon. House made Gigli Pasta with Pork Shoulder which was cooked low and slow, fork tender soft and loaded with flavor. This dish was topped with House-Made Ricotta. Best described as a little heat with sliky tomato sauce, the Braised Pork Pasta is the best dish on the Otis menu. The desserts looked amazing but we were so packed I had to say No Mas. I am so glad we dined at Otis, I highly recommend Otis for Cocktails and Dinner.“

“Ever since you reopened, the food has been exquisite. The earlier years when it was GB&G, the different chefs never really found themselves. Since the reopening and the re-emergence of the original chef, I think, the food is back to its glory as it was 15 years ago. Regardless, service has always remained superlative. I do miss the complimentary exquisite breads, intermezzo and after dinner edibles though.“

“This place rocked. We wanted something close to the High Line and this place popped up. We made a reservation via Open Table. After getting delayed on the subway, we were a little late. The hostess was understandable and we were seated at a table right away. It was busy and lively. We ate the sourdough bread, citrus salad and deviled eggs. It was all good. I am certain anything is good on their menu. Thanks Cookshop!“

“I LOVEDDD IT HERE. Came for my birthday and they were very nice. First thing I noticed is that they clean and mop between guests in the room.1. The more people you bring the better! It’s $60/hr so more people helps you to spend less when dividing that price. It was 5 of us so it was $24 before taxes2. Pay attention to the timer! If it says you have 5 minutes left, get yourself together to LEAVE. The workers came in as soon as the time finished.3. The food and drinks are great. There’s a phone in the room where you can call the front to order food4. No outside food or drinks allowed but they made an exception for my friends because they surprised me with cupcakes.5. 18% gratuity is automatically on bill6. They have a YouTube Karaoke machine so you have the option of going on YouTube if you want to.Overall great experience“
