“Convenient location. Not too far from the strip. The restaurant is big and clean with a statue of colonel on a bench for pictures. Cute. The music is nice. I just had a chicken pot pie. It’s Wednesday so it’s only $5.On Monday it’s $5 for a famous bowl. On Tuesday it’s $5 for a 2-piece with biscuit.The pot pie is hot fresh and delicious. I definitely will return to this location for my bone in chicken combo.5 stars.“
“I kind of like this low key KFC location. Its near Sahara before you hit Jones. Right across the street from Mc Donlads and 711. Anyways it always look dead inside and we stopped here for some KFC and i got a 10 piece meal. Food was good and we ate inside. Was pretty clean and quiet. Staff are nice and they never seem to run out of chicken. I sometimes eat here when i lived out here a few years ago. Anywho anytime i am in town i will try and visit.“
“If my wife hadn’t specifically wanted KFC, I probably wouldn’t have waited for the 12 minutes that it took one customer to order. The food was fine as usual, but I was unhappy that one of the four sides that I was supposed to receive with the 16-piece meal was not in the bag when I arrived home. This KFC is six miles from my home, so it was not convenient to go back.Apparently this is not the place to go on a Friday evening.“

“I don't normally review fast food places as they are a dime a dozen but I have to give Kudos to the franchise owner and staff as the line went very quick and the order was made very juicy and hot. These days it seems near impossible to get juicy and hot lol so i'll be back here so hopefully other viewers aren't disappointed.“
“This location has really picked up their game! I stopped going to this location for a while as the service and quality of food had dropped off. My wife was craving fried chicken and asked me to pick up KFC chicken today.I ordered a bucket of original fried chicken using the KFC app. The app makes it so easy to order and schedule a pick up time.I was greeted by a team member right as I entered the door and asked if I was picking up a mobile order. I gave him my name and was handed my order. The food was ready at the exact time listed on the app and the food was prepared perfectly - crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. The food was still hot when I got home.The wife was very happy. Happy wife, happy life as the saying goes! Well done KFC!“

“Not going to lie, and im not going to sugar coat this review. It is one of the best kfc I had here in vegas. I tried henderson one it is not as great due to quality and taste is really bad. The S durango location chicken taste good quality of the skin is tasty. I just hope that they cook is thoroughly due to some flour is not really cook. But all in all location looks neat, service is alright they could improve more. So I will give it a 4 star.“
“They were really busy tonight but the ladies running the place were doing an amazing job! Got the order right, were fielding tons of new orders from the drive-thru, online, and walk-ins without a problem. Greeted everyone quickly and helped everyone with their orders. Fantastic!“
“Ok..it is KFC...but what makes it 5 stars for a national chain fast food. Clean dining room, clean bathroom, a really friendly staff not some ho hum kids who could care less. I wanted 4 drum sticks..they gave me 4. They did it nicely and with care.What more can you ask for. I thanked them on way out, told them it was good and they received it well and smiled.You and I know that in a national chain it could have been a lot worse.“
“Jose the store manager was excellent...Not only did he take our order just before closing time...He was more than happy to allow my little brother to use the restroom even though the dining area was closed!!!We are from out of town and have not had the best customer service experiences in the area.It was pleasant to experience someone down to earth who is not angry with the world!!!Thanks food was great!“
“We ordered from the drive thru. We decided to ask to add another side, however the cashier at the window told us that she cannot add an order due to they are on a timer and she would get in trouble. What?? So I guess being fast on the order is more important than making extra dollars and customer being satisfied. Go figure??“
“KFC is a classic and sometimes a favorite. The food was good, the service was good. Their patience was even better. I love KFC ?, but I think I'm getting old because I found it super salty. Don't worry, I will be back. Had the mac and cheese for the first time, and it was good.“
