“Came in on a Tuesday afternoon and ordered the saltado with everything (shrimp, beef, chicken) and it was full of flavor! Portions are huge and staff is friendly. If you're in the area and looking for authentic Peruvian you can't go wrong coming here.“

“Bravo! Been looking for a legit LOMO SALTADO since I moved to Vegas. Amazing and great flan toooo, instant fan. Don't know if I'll get to the other stuff on the menu since I'm a creature of habit and tend to stick to what's good.“

“One of the hidden gems of Las Vegas when it comes to authentic Peruvian food. There are other locations however they have become too mainstream and way too confident in their abilities to provide good service and quality food. Unlike other locations where they ridiculously over salt their food not entirely sure why either to hide spoiled meat/food or that the cook may have heavy hands, here at this location El Toque de Sabor, they lightly add spices as not to overpower the natural dish of fresh vegetables, fruit, and meats. Additionally for the price of items, it's well deserved and well suited. Other Peruvian restaurants they give you a kid's meal and expect customers to pay 20-30 dollars for a dish that won't suffice any hunger or satisfy any appetite, all of these Peruvian restaurants started from Humble beginnings, it's sad only a select few stayed true to their quality of food, customer satisfaction to keep regulars returning over and over again, and finally keeping within reasonable portion sizes of food to serve the customers. I mention this due to many different Peruvian restaurants in Vegas started with dishes at a reasonable price, however as the times have past their portions have shrunken and prices have soared. Finally, as for the interior and vibe of the location, its great for date night or depending on the schedule great place for group functions to watch a soccer game, and lastly small area to hear a live band and depending on the crowd may open up space for light dancing. I definitely recommend, and will be returning again soon.“

“Stopped by for a quick lunch and was happy I did. I am not new to the Peruvian food game and this place proved to be good. The space is unassuming. Adequately clean with ample seating. Definitely see myself being more of a take out patron and that's not a bad thing at all! Gravitated to their Lomo Saltado variety and liked it. A little heavy on the saucy juices but otherwise a pleasant choice. Loved their yellow & green sauces. I can admittedly drink those by the gallon. Don't forget those two with your meal!! You'll regret it. Definitely want to come back to try more dishes from here. I can't help but eyeball the dessert. Recommended for sure!“

“I read the reviews and I did not had the same experience, mi experience was really good, there is always a reason for something, again our experience was great! No waiting ( we got there at 6:20 in a Saturday night) the waiter greet us and take us to a table right away, he was friendly, got our drinks ( chicha with maracuya and inka cola) and shortly after our appetizer (stuffed palta) arrived with a big smile on a female waiter, then , they have came to check on us and shortly after our food arrived ( piqueo Lima limón, house special) and it was very good, so much flavor and if you thought we Mexicans eat to much lime wait to try Peruvian food! It was plenty for the both of us and we take some home. Our table neighbors share a secret with us the special of the day is not in the menu and it’s always something different make sure you ask for it, tonight’s was empanadas (3) and looked great. The portions in this place are big, you will not go home hungry, prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food our final bill was about $67 + tax+tip. We will return! The final picture was not in our order, it was at the bar and it looked so good that I asked if I can get a picture is called Jalea. Mami ya encontré lo que probamos antes que cerrara “Peruvian hands”, otro muy recomendable también.Vegetarian options: Yuca, plátano y papa fritos, choclo, camote, salad, the menu it’s in the picturesParking: The parking lot it’s huge, it part of a shopping center for target and now host the offices is SNHD, and several other businesses, plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Yes, several itemsWheelchair accessibility: Yes, wide areas to move around“
