“The menu is limited to Asian noodle soups and dumplings, but the food is fresh and excellent. Everything seemed spicy, so this place may not be for those averse to chill oil, but I thought the spice was great and integral to the food. Service is efficient and friendly. The restaurant is very spacious, they can accommodate groups.“

“A hole in the wall restaurant is hidden behind Pho Kim Long. If Szechuan style is your favorite dish, then I highly recommend this Chengdu Taste restaurant. Foods are delicious and freshly made to order. It is flavorful and filled with delicious spices and hot chili.“

“I love this place. They have a location on Spring Mountain; that's how I discovered them (however, the problem there is parking, because it’s always busy). Once they opened another location, “China Mama Express” which is more convenient for me as I usually take food to go anyway. My favorites are crispy duck, crispy beef, cucumber salad, and beef roll—so good and delicious. I haven't tried other items because these are my favorites, and every time I crave crispy beef or duck, I just go there.“

“First time at the Noodle Shop at Mandalay Bay. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken dish. It had good flavor. The others that joined me for dinner gave their food a score of a 3. The veggies were cooked just right and the chicken was tender and spicy. Jack was our server and he was very attentive, friendly and awesome. The restaurant was clean & ambiance was great.
