The servers at Casa Ora are super friendly, focus on their customers and are very attentive. My server Freimar, took time to answer any questions that I had, pertaining to some of the items on the menu .She had such a wonderful personality and really made my dining there, all the more enjoyable. The food I ordered was well seasoned, I should know that, as I am a cooking school grad, and worked at Port Authority of NY and NJ ,four different facilities, in their kitchen and dining room/cafeterias for 20 years and six months. I am also a Veteran of the US ARMY,served for 17.5 years. I totally enjoyed the Pastelito,, The Brisket was most excellent, had a very nice flavor,.There was a mild garlic sauce that I put on it,made it taste even better. I just loved the sweet plantains, which came with sour cream I had a glass of Mongarda Brut Prosecco,, which was very good. I ordered a cup of Cappuccino, which was very good. I really enjoyed this meal and most definitely will return. I plan to bring a very special friend of my family, who is from Peru,the next time that I dine at that restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, I give them 5 stars and as far as Food Presentation, they get a 10 from me.......
