There were two food trucks there tonight, but they both closed at 7 even though the music went till 9. We had to leave early to drive a few miles away to get food at Little Italy Pizzeria, which luckily was open till 9.”

“The owners are friendly, personable people that will get to know you (and your order!) quick. They have breakfast sandwiches, a wide variety of cookies, cupcakes, and ice cream in the warmer months. They do catering with cakes and the like, as well. It's a small place with not much seating, but you don't really need it if you're on the go. My go-to is a sausage, egg & cheese with a hashbrown on a plain bagel, a diet Dr. P, and a cookie (aka the Student Special for $9-10). They also offer day-olds for $1, a real steal. Support a local Cortland business and go get some Frosted!”

“First of all, hands down the best dolma and falafel in the area, by far. I spent two months in Palestine and the closest you can get to real falafel and hummus is here!Second of all, they are amazingly friendly. I love their takeout but had only eaten in a few times, and had the most amazing experience last time. My friend and I came in with our two babies for a mom's lunch. We are both first time moms and haven't been out much with our babies. Hanna and her husband came out from the back and held our babies so that we could eat. Other patrons stopped by our table to thank us for bringing our babies. Someone paid for our lunch. It was a wonderful experience that really reaffirmed my faith in humanity. If you have a baby, this is the place to bring them!We love, love Pita Gourmet!”

“This place is fantastic not only are the bagels delicious, but the staff is so amazing I went in on a Sunday morning to get bagels for myself and my co workers I ordered 18 bagels with a pint of cream cheese and they were so amazing and nice they went the extra mile and made them fresh for us!! These bagels are the closest you are going to get to a NYC bagel. What a great little shop! I will for sure be going back again!!”

“Stopped by when I was passing through Cortland. It's a cool dive bar. Drinks in solo cups, a juke box, and a dart board. I did not eat here so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. The liquor selection was solid and the bartenders were friendly.”

“Whole Heart Cafe is amazing we discovered it on our way to Long Island and loved it so much we returned there on our way back. The sandwiches are amazing as well as there baked cookies. I had a tuna sandwich with a chocolate chip cookie and today I had an egg salad sandwich with a peanut butter cookie. We also bought a bag of mixed nuts and a hand soap. We will be back whenever we go to Long Island.”

“We ate at Brix when we were visiting town last winter & loved it, so we definitely went again on our trip this January. Both times we were with a party of 10 on a weekend, this last time with a wheelchair as well. They were able to accommodate us no problem, and the service was great! We love the food! Got the cauliflower wings again because we remembered how amazing they were, & none of us are even vegetarian. The Korean BBQ Brussels were also delicious, as were the bourbon maple bacon chicken wings. The pizzas are excellent but the stand out of the night was the hot honey pizza! So unexpectedly awesome! I want to get one of my local pizza places at home to make this so I can eat it more than once a year :-)”

Cajun wings where perfectly done, but just a little too salty for my liking (only negative about the meal). Tiger wings we're just amazing with chilli with pineapple glaze. Prime rib was perfect.”

“We went through the drive-thru we ordered the two for $6 fish sandwich with cheese and tartar sauce. A woman named Julie made our sandwiches for us. I went in the store I just had to best sandwich I told her I have had in 3 years! I can tell that this woman is dedicated to her job and she takes pride in it. Well done!!!”

“The new French toast platter was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed the banana walnut and the chocolate covered strawberry French toast. The only disappointment I had was there was too much chocolate not enough strawberry. Otherwise very delicious, sorry no pictures as I was too into the food to stop to snap a picture”
