Besides the food being absolutely incredible and wonderfully priced, the service is exquisite. Desiree, Lisa, and Amy are a magnificent and first rate team there. “This place is amazing! They definitely give you a bang for your buck! I got a 2 scoop piece of cake on a cone and it was as big as my head! Being pregnant, this is absolutely fantastic to me. But if you don’t want this much definitely get 1 scoop. My fiancé got the upside down banana split and he loved that as well! It comes in a huge cup! The service was really fast and friendly as well! Make sure to leave a tip in their college fund jar! Will definitely be returning here, it’s my new favorite ice cream stand!”

“Heard so many great things about this place. We came and off the bat the lights are SO bright. When I’m at a bar I don’t want to feel like I’m in a doctors office. So we went outside. Ordered drinks and spinach dip. The drinks and view are wonderful. The three stars. The FOOD was atrocious. The spinach dip was all cream cheese and cold. We joked that it was a college kid with a microwave in the kitchen. Sure enough when the sun set and we could see in the kitchen with the fluorescent lighting that yes indeed. It’s a kid with a microwave. Come for the drinks and view. DO NOT EAT.”

“The service is always top notch, everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is made fast, the pre made treats are also yummy. They don't have a huge coffee selection but there is a cooler of other drink options. Not the most modern interior and there is standing room only but overall this place is really nice and for a quick grab and go breakfast spot you wont get nicer employees or fresher food.”

“This is a nice small Coffee shop it has that 3rd place that Starbucks talked about. A place where you can sit and relax. I didn’t get anything to eat because there is limited food options. The employee that was on was good at up sales and providing options. I wanted a large cappuccino but they only offer lattes in large (I am not sure of the reason) so I got a latte. Parking is paid unless you can find a spot in the back. The Latte was brewed properly, not over extracted and bitter. The saucer and cup were plain and easy to hold. TheTable was unbalanced but overall it is a nice spot to get a good cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend ETCH. Support Elmira.”

“The way they serve the soft ice cream is cute - the softie on a dish with the cone on top. They have a good selection of flavors. Some of them I hardly saw around viz. Kahlua, Rum, Tiramisu. I personally like more flavor, so their regular was a bit less flavourful for me (Next time, I'll ask them to add more). Had the Kahlua and Tiramisu. Around $4.5 per soft ice cream.”

“General tsos shrimp is awesome, wonton soup is great, steak and cheese rolls are amazing, fried dumplings are also really good. Boneless ribs are just wrong, crab Rangoon is an abomination, and the shrimp toast was unimpressive. Once you figure out their hits and misses they do make some amazingly delicious food.. like way better than the average place. I doubt they read these but incase they do- boneless ribs should be thin strips of meat not slices, crab Rangoon shouldn't be triangles you have to make the outer corners meet and overlap (also use better wonton wrappers), and I think the only correct way to make shrimp toast is fresh.”

For about $30 we were able to get two eggs and toast for my daughter and the special, Italian sausage and Peppers with chips and pickles for my wife and I (one order each). The food was cooked well and tasted excellent. Additionally, the staff are very polite and accommodating. We will definitely stop by again when we are in the area.”

The lemonade was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back to try some other menu items. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, this is a really great spot, but for carnivores I think the jury’s still out.”

We met around three in the afternoon so it was between the lunch and dinner crowds, so the restaurant was fairly empty. otherwise our waitress, Jazz, was a gem, and the food was up to par.Parking: huge parking lot. There’s never an issue finding a place to park.”
