The Manchester store was out of biscuits but did not tell anybody until people left and came back and asked for them. We did not get them either and the manager said he was too busy to mention it and said "too bad". I mentioned that he should have told people when they ordered but he said he did not have to and he was NOT apologetic at all and when I said he really should mention, as he had time to tell them how much they owed, he could have mentioned it. Several people who left came back and asked for the biscuits. No apology from him at all...just said they were out of them and had been for quite a while. I reminded him that better customer service would have been to be proactive. He asked me to leave. WOW...I would not have him working for me if I had a business!!!!!!!
Staff works hard and are friendly. In today's environment where not everyone wants to work, I am grateful and try to be patient and more tolerant of the ones that do work. Food is always good.
