Great viewing platform and all seats have great views of NYC. Altho it's a rooftop, every seat is inside (handy if weather is suspicious). You can take drinks outside while you soak in the views and atmosphere. Service sluggish and they don't seem to be living their best lives but totally fine. Food is pretty much snacks without much more on offer. Somewhere to grab a drink, a view, a nibble, and move on.
Stopped here for drinks before dinner reservations! We went a little off menu but they made a delicious lychee martini! The view was amazing on the rooftop of the Hyatt and service was quick!

A nice high-floor bar with the open, glass-lined patio. The musical selection is eclectic and tasteful; the music itself isn't too loud and intrusive, so it's still possible to have a meaningful conversation.
