“This is the 3rd time I had a meet up of about 15-20 at the Winslow. In the past, we were seated at the banquettes, but this time we lucked out to get the private room in the back. Joe, our server was super friendly & attentive. My burger hit the spot, & the drinks were great, from mocktails to wine to gin drinks.“

“I have been to the Raines Law Room inside The William on several occasions, and I was excited to try out this more relaxed environment.Our group's reservation placed us in a booth right next to the bar. Although we had some privacy, we had to rely on the bartender to take our orders.Even though the bar was located below the speakeasy, it was just a regular bar with cocktails on the pricey side. I suggest getting the beer and food instead. The salmon burger, regular burger, grilled cheese, and shepherd's pies were all delicious.“

“We’re not from NYC, but whenever we are in town we visit the Milton. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and they truly make you feel at home. I wish this place was in my hometown so I could be one of the regulars. I will 100% come back any time I’m in the city.“

“Second time coming, first time coming for dinner. JWF is quickly becoming a favorite! Fantastic service, lovely ambience and lighting, not too loud or crowded but clearly popular. Food was great, as were drinks. My friend ordered a cider and I had a ginger mocktail (can't remember the name). Very well done! For food, my table got the ceviche, fish (which was massive) and chips (perfect), mushy peas (delicious, was glad I cautiously tried them), and the special pie of the day, steak and oyster pie. The pie was better than any steak pie I've had- buttery, crisp crust, a rich sauce, and a really lovely, savory filling. We were absolutely stuffed by meal's end so I ordered a sticky toffee pudding to go, which was absolutely spot on. Can't recommend this place enough.“

“It was nice coming back to this pub that was the former Irish American Pub. The drinks are still amazing, new pool tables to play and their wings are still good. Love the job the new owners did fixing the place up. Karaoke still rocking on Fridays and the clientele still cool. Staff were very friendly and the service superb. Looking forward to visiting again in the future and most definitely glad to have this pub back in business!“

“Absolutely charming little tea shop in NYC - perfect for anyone in the mood for a simple cuppa or a full tea service. I was there last month, and even without a reservation we had no trouble getting in on a drizzly Sunday at 10am. Their tea selection is really impressive, and if you have time, stop in at the shop next door to peruse an impressive collection of candy and other groceries from the UK!“

“To put it simply, I was blown away. Best food I've had at a restaurant in quite some time. Everything was top notch and flavorful. Caesar Salad was delicious. Grilled octopus was amazing and the half chicken was outstanding. Pineapple parachute was my drink of choice and it was most certainly on point. Highly recommend everything“

“I've been here plenty of times over the years and it's usually one of the nicer places on this street. The drinks are typical - the normal beers you would expect and cocktails are $15-18. During Christmas the inside of this Tavern is usually decorated in a very cool way. The service was lacking. It was not that busy during my most recent visit and there were plenty of staff and waiters standing around, but it would take awhile to get our waitress' attention - and we were at a table right by the bar! So keep that in mind.“

“I had mixed feelings due to some misleading early info by the day person . This individual seemed too preoccupied with discrediting their coworkers. I have to say Susan was a complete contradiction to what we heard. She was so friendly and welcoming to my party that I not only made sure to come back but also had my 56th birthday party. The place is what seems your typical dive bar but my whole party was made feel special by the bartenders remembering our names and from the moment we walked in the owner Rob was there to assist. I don’t make reviews often but this birthday was made so special by such a friendly bar and its workers on the ues. Thank you Rob, Susan and the bar back Jesus. I can’t say enough about how you made us feel.“

“Bricklane is a classic indian spot in st marks place. It is a real nice spot with nice lighting and fancy tables and decor. The ayce lunch buffet has recently returned after not being around since Covid-19 so I had to return to try it again. It is available 12-4pm everyday. It is cheaper on the weekdays and is 19.99 on the weekends. The waiter was prompt was responsive with taking our plates and refilling our water. Food highlights Garlic nann- hot and fluffy with massive garlic flavor Tandoori chicken- tender and juicy well seasoned Sanng paneer- smooth and creamy Curry lamb - flavorful Butter chicken- creamy tangy and tender Dessert Rice pudding Fragrant sweet and creamy floral taste“

“Leaving this review solely based on appetizers and happy hour experience (great happy hour drink prices). The bartender is super friendly and the wine is heavily poured. The man next to me just complimented the bartender on a martini. So- apparently cocktails are worth it, too. Also, this place is very reasonable for Manhattan. I will definitely come back.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and table arrangements that are wheelchair friendly.“

“One of my favorite bars in nyc. I worked up the block for years and this would be our go to place for happy hour. The ambiance and staff are fantastic. The food is great and it's just a cozy pub feel. I still come all the way from Astoria to come here. I bring friends from all over here because I love it. One of my favorite places in this city.“
