For how busy it was I was genuinely impressed with the service. You gotta love everything about Carmine's, from the magnificent grand room with buoyant family atmosphere, to the full bar with knowledgeable barkeeps, to those monumental portions, and the merry attentions of Joe, our server. Our ultimate favorite combo is Penne a la Vodka, with a Tugboat for dessert.

Cesar salad was the best. Was looking forward to my spicy wings as I loved them from Carmines. They dropped the ball on this one. My friend ordered some also, hers well done and I wanted mine the regular way. Cook normal and soft. Couldn't tell the difference. It was dry and lacked sauce. Not tender at all. Couldn't even eat the left overs, nor could the family. My drinks were awesome. Thank you Alexa!!!
