I've used Chris now for three events and have nothing but remarkable things to say about the guy. He's easily the single most professional, efficient and all around best caterer/chef I've ever com across. From planning an intimate 20 person get together to a 4 hour, 150 person rooftop carnival, Chris can take a 30 second conversation and turn it into something beyond your wildest dreams. The man is an absolute legend and the only caterer in NYC you need to consider using. He's sharp as a tack and has a staff unlike any other ready and will to help in any and every way necessary.
