We have lived in the neighborhood a long time and feel like Revelie honors the past while being very of the moment. It's such a fun, lively place--like home but with much better food! The service is terrific, the whole vibe just perfect.
My partner and I came after a tough workout recently on a Saturday afternoon, as Revelie had been on our radar for a few months! The wait wasn't terribly long at 3:30 (we waited about 30 min outside, though it was cold). The food was tasty and good quality, I liked the chopped cheese the most. Fun diner feel too! There was a minor holdup to actually get the food, but definitely worth it once we actually got to try it. Would recommend!
